Pfulandlela Cooperative is a Black-women-only organization, founded in 2023 with a powerful mission: to drive economic empowerment and foster community development through sustainable entrepreneurship. Our cooperative was born from the belief that every woman has the potential to uplift her family, her community, and her future when given the right tools and opportunities.

Our Journey

Our founders—strong, visionary women—came together with a shared dream: to break the cycle of poverty and unemployment affecting marginalized communities. With a focus on skills development and entrepreneurship, Pfulandlela began with just a handful of women and a determination to succeed.

Our Industries

• Manufacturing:
  • Sewing & Tailoring: Offering custom sewing and tailoring services, Pfulandlela trains women to design and create clothing, textiles, and accessories.
  • Peanut Butter Manufacturing: By cultivating our own nuts, we ensure that our peanut butter is as fresh as possible, from farm to table.
  • Soap Manufacturing: We produce eco-friendly, handcrafted soap products, using only natural ingredients.
• Construction:
  • Our construction services focus on building high-quality residential and commercial structures, ensuring safety and sustainability at every stage.
