Pfulandlela Cooperative is a Black-women-only organization, founded in 2023 with a powerful mission: to drive economic empowerment and foster community development through sustainable entrepreneurship. Our cooperative was born from the belief that every woman has the potential to uplift her family, her community, and her future when given the right tools and opportunities.
Our founders—strong, visionary women—came together with a shared dream: to break the cycle of poverty and unemployment affecting marginalized communities. With a focus on skills development and entrepreneurship, Pfulandlela began with just a handful of women and a determination to succeed.
At the heart of Pfulandlela is the belief that economic empowerment begins with education and inclusivity. We are committed to providing training programs, resources, and support that enable women to start and grow their own businesses.
Pfulandlela believes in the power of partnerships. We work closely with local government agencies, non-profits, and other businesses to expand our reach and increase our impact.
Our vision is ambitious. In the coming years, we aim to expand our industries, open new training centers, and create more job opportunities.
Pfulandlela is always looking for supporters. Here’s how you can get involved: Shop Our Products, Partner With Us, Donate or Volunteer.
